Every public blog can be viewed on the internet by anyone. Every public blog like yours has an RSS feed http://nicklasarthur.wordpress.com/feed/ that anyone can subscribe to without your knowledge. I'm not clear on what purpose such a "subscriber's page" would serve. I am clear that when I subscribe to a blog I am subscribing to receive either posts or comments or both. If you want to have a "secret" post or page you can of course use password protected pages or posts. The page or post is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
