There is no way to reverse post order.

One way is to edit the chapters and change the date/time so that they are in the correct order.

The other suggestion is to look at this FAQ: http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/11/04/how-to-write-a-book/

I work on a website for my friend who's writing a book. She posts the chapters of the books on the website. When she posts them, the first chapter (chapter 1) goes to the bottom and the latest chapter (chapter 4) shows up at the top. Is there any way to reverse that? If not, I think there should be.
