You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.

Then I released it because a friend wanted to make it from her own account. And instead created moversneatertst for that. Now she is unable to create moversneaters.wordpress.com from her account! Also, Even I am not able to access the blog. So is that domain name dysfunctional now? What cane be done to get it back
