& how is that selection weighted? A blog where I'm counting on comments & discussion for the bulk of the content -- is consistently not showing up where I hope to reach potential participants --

while messages with the same tags (sometimes even with the same content) are consistently being posted from other blogs I'm doing.... Settings in these blogs appear identical.
