What exactly are you expecting an email for please?

WordPress.com does not provide email addresses with domains. See here if that's why you posted > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/

There is no phone support here as all bloggers are writers, readers and publishers, so we rely on written instructions. Moreover, we Volunteers do not provide email a support. Please clearly state exactly what you need help with and we shall see that you get it.
