Go back to JetPack support and deal directly with the Staff there.

So i started in stall plugin with thing i wanted to use. THEN I saw the jet pack carousel so I tryed to instilled program. BUt its not working. AS site is not ready would it be better /easy to slove problem by removeing and the reinstallig wordpress, would all the plugin leave with program.
