The problem was fixed in the recent (few days ago) update of JetPack, so I'm happy :-)

"Show a 'follow blog' option in the comment form"
"Show a 'follow comments' option in the comment form"
BUT still these two options are shown in the comment form on my blog.
I like to use the subscription widget in my sidebar, but do not want the options in the comment form.
Have I misunderstood this, or is it not working!?
