Well, in a new browser, on a different computer, that link still redirects me to http://thegeekmates.wordpress.com/wp-login.php ... so I doubt it's a caching issue on my end.

I've done this before about a year ago with another website, and didn't have this problem.

Got any more advice?

Patiently waiting,

http://www.thegeekmates.com/wp-login.php

It can take 24 to 72 hours for changes to migrate across the internet and due to caching issues you will be the last one to see the changes -

A few months ago, I purchased the domain thegeekmates.com from wordpress.

Today, I transferred that domain to another register. I installed wordpress.org on my new host, but every time I try to go to http://www.thegeekmates.com/wp-admin , it redirects me to https://thegeekmates.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

Why is it doing this? What can I do to change this?
