specifically I like:
1. that the most recently highlighted post is not visible in its entirety but is continued on another page where comments are included and displayed
2. I also like the multiple widgets and columns at the bottom of the page (ie. "recently at the blog", "A man's life" (book highlights) etc)

Will you brief me about these posting possibilities and direct me to wordpress resources that can help?
