We use PayPal as our credit card processor. Unfortunately, they have chosen to refuse payment from a few countries recently, and Pakistan is one of those countries.

At this time, we have no other option available.

The problem isn't with wordpress since they do not process the payments themselves, it has to do with the CC payment processor. If they have issues with payments from certain countries then they typically will stop accepting them.
