Furthermore I cannot customize my dashboard. If I open "screen options" (sometimes this menu is available sometimes not - haven't found out when) there is no selection available to display the Like button and I also can not arrange the menus in the dashboard via drag and drop like I read it on wordpress. I really want to give my readers the chance to like my posts and one guy did it anyhow but I definitely want the like button below every new post together with the Facebook, Twitter, etc. buttons. http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/show-likes-on-blog?replies=6
This topic seemed to be helpful at first but on my blog it doesn't work since I can't find the "archive, front page, etc" settings where they should be.

I am really really thankful if you could help me how to get these things properly done.
