			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi. Can you please tell me how I can have a page scroll? At the top I have pages with dropdown menus. Say for example I have stuff about colleges and the drop down menu lets you pic a college. Can that page scroll? It works in my sidebar catagories- is there a way to link the catagory to the page and have all posts tag with a college name scroll in their page?<br />
