You're forgetting the 'http://' bit of the URL. You need it in there. Without it, you're telling the browser that it's a page within your own site.

Hope this helps,

Hi,

I am trying to post a link to an audio. So I insert the link address (let's say: http://www.audiofile.com) of the audio file. But when I view my page and click on the link, the viewers is sent to http://www.mywordpresspageaddress.www.audiofile.com when I just want the link to go to http://www.audiofile.com.

Anyway to stop this default addition of my workpress site address to my links?

Thanks.
