If you mean reducing the space above and below the title and tagline, add this to your CSS:

#site-title {margin-top:0;}
#site-description {margin-bottom:20px;}

Hi, I have just changed to liquorice theme, but the header is huge and I want to reduce it. I can't figure out in my style sheet which piece codes for the header size. Can anyone help?
