We understand that some Live Spaces users have been disappointed that their Lists did not follow them from Windows Live Spaces to WordPress.com. We've been working with the Live Spaces team to find a way to help you with this and we now have a method for you to get in to your Lists so you can copy the information out of them.

You will need to follow these steps:

1. Sign in to http://profile.live.com/.

2. Look in your browser's address bar for the url of the page. It will look something like this:

http://cid-412c47a2b8a03102.profile.live.com/

(Your "cid" will be different from the example here.)

3. Click in your address bar so you can edit the URL and add the word "lists" to the end of it, like this:

http://cid-412c47a2b8a03102.profile.live.com/lists

This will take you to a page in the admin of your old Space where you should be able to see and edit the Lists you had before. You can then copy the content out of them and use that content how you like on WordPress.com.
