When people provide WordPress.ORG answers here what we experience and increase in the number of bloggers who continue to post to the wrong support forums for their software. Currently about 30% of those posting here who ought to post to http://wordpress.org/suipport/ Please continue your conversation with the blogger above after he/she registers a WordPress.org username and posts to the correct support forum at http://wordpress.org/support/forum/plugins-and-hacks

If your looking for a free plugin I'm not sure of any recommendations as one of the reasons why we built our tool is we couldn't find anything that was essentially push button simple and worked good.

One thing on PressThis, if it's not working then it's usually a permission issue within your install. Usually editing something in your .htaccess or php.ini will solve this, but that's different for each host. Usually a search leads you to the answer on that thought.

Storify plugin is closest but I am looking for something that stores the content locally.
Have tried "Press This" snipplet but could not get it working
