Can you locate them here? Dashboard > Pages > All Pages?

You can look in the last autosave for Pages » Page Revisions

http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-revisions/#restoring-revisions

If you don’t find the post or page then it could be in your trash.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/ Provided you did not permanently delete it then restoration is possible.

I am a little devastated. I wrote a looooong post for a page on my blog (not a post) and when I pressed "save draft" it went to a page saying 'sure you want to do this?' and then it seems like I have lost all that i had written (!!!?).. I have had a look in the revisions but can't seem to find it there. Gahh! Is there anything you can do to help?
My blog is http://www.wellnessbytess.com and the page was "What is Paleo?".
