Say you want the text in the posts bigger, just look at something like this:

.post {
width:500px;
margin-bottom:50px;
font-size:1.4em;
line-height:1.7em;
color:#444;
float:left;
}

Change the font size from 1.4 to something larger. Same thing for the footer and sidebar if you want. Just need to go through and see the font sizes and then "preview" the sheet to see if that is how you want it without effecting the live site. If it is, save it!
