I am making my website to document what I am about to do for my engagement proposal (it's kinda a interesting project). I really wish all my friends from China can also witness this. However, apparently it is blocked in China. Is there a way that I can maybe pay a fee, to host this wordpress site on another host server (or anything else i could do), such that people in China can see?
