			<description><![CDATA[<p>You creat categories in your dashboard. You assign sub-categories to parent categories. Category parent – If you want to nest a category within a category, select the parent category. Otherwise leave at None. You display them in the sidebar in a categories widget. There must be one published post in each Category and  sub-category in order for there to be anything to display.<br />

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi, I'm new here and I'm a lot confused, I understand how to post &#38; page..atleast I think, but I want the side bar to have categories and sub-categories and it not to be up top near the header....like this</p>
<p>                              Recipe - main category<br />
                               Chocolate chip cookies - sub category</p>
<p>I've searched all day through the help and support, either I'm just not getting it, or I can't do what I want</p>
