For what it's worth, my response wasn't to amp up my posting. I've just moved from blogger, and ampped up my posting from 0 to posting... just happened that I posted a lot before I realized the rules. Then I got a dozen such gentle warnings.

I believe I am in compliance now, if I'm mistaken, please let me know.
