2. One the sub pages, there seems to be no way to get rid of the big black page titles (“Schedule” “Work” etc on each page.) If I delete the page title in the dashboard, it also deletes the word from the menu.

To hide all titles on pages, add this to your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS editor:

.page .entry-title {
	display: none;
}

Looks like it's all on one line for now. The space before "Blog" in the menu is for a page you added with no title. If you'd like more control over what appears in the menu, add a custom menu instead:

Working with Manifest theme and I have two questions; I think I just need to add CSS codes in the editor to fix these but I don't know what the CSS would be. Can you help? Many thanks.

1. On the main menu, there seems to be no way to clean up the alignment so that all the menu buttons are on the same line and have the same spacing between them. Right now there is too much space between “Schedule” and “Work” plus “Blog” is bumped down to the second line.
2. One the sub pages, there seems to be no way to get rid of the big black page titles (“Schedule” “Work” etc on each page.) If I delete the page title in the dashboard, it also deletes the word from the menu.
