There is no FTP access and we cannot install plugins for security reasons. They are only for WordPress.org installs and can't be used on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

i was wondering, does anyone know of any good free message board hosting sites? Does wordpress have its own. I mean if I wanted to create and administer my own message boards for my website?

I know vbulletin is good, but I can't afford the hosting fees, which is why I am wondering if there is a good free one? What about hyperboards?
