I hope you are referring to contacting Xanga staff because until Xanga has an exporter the only method of importing content will be by RSS feed.

Hello there,
See here please: Importing Content from Another Platform or WordPress Blog

Xanga is not listed in that entry. I have searched the forums. There is no easy way to migrate blog content from Xanga, unless Xanga now actually has an exporter so you can get an export file from there and import it here. It appears that if there is no exporter at Xanga, the only way to import blog content (themes cannot be exported and imported) may be to use the RSS feed.

If you need advice from Staff then here's the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the search box, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
