If your iWeb site had a blog with an RSS feed (it would have needed to be hosted on MobileMe), we can import the blog's content for you, but not the site itself.

As for your domain, you'll need to map it following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
