WordPress.org has complete support and documentation sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress via their Codex and Support Forums.

The biggest concern here would really be the links.

Your main domain would be unaffected search-wise, but your individual posts would all have different links, which could take some time to rebuilt their rankings.

Please help me decide: my main website is Joomla and I'm not happy with it. I want to change hosts and switch/migrate to a WordPress site. But I'm so concerned about losing info/links/SEO.

My most important sites are:

I'm thinking of sticking with the StudioPress theme that I have on menopause in manhattan and adapting that for annekleinberg.com as well. Can you advise what steps I should take?
