This is weird! Maybe a bug?

I've got a weird problem. I've got three blogs. Choco Scrapheaven was my first blog. I added two new blogs on which I have a problem with the pages. I do NOT have the problem on Choco Scrapheaven.
Here's the problem:
While making a new page or editing the existing about page, I don't have the options:
- Publish
- Attributes
- Revision

If I apply bulk actions from the dashboard I can change things, but obviously I can't edit the text.
Like I said, I DO have all the options mentioned above on my first blog, so how is this possible? Can someone help me with this problem?
