I want to change the color of that bar at the very top of the page.

To modify the top border color in the Misty Lake theme, add this to your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS editor:

body {
	border-top-color: #E95571;
}

I want to get rid of the "tags" on each post on the main page.

To hide tags on just the home page of the Misty Lake theme, add this to your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS editor:

.home article footer .tags-links,
.home article footer .tags-links + .sep {
	display: none;
}

I've been able to customize my layout to how I want it except for the following, please help! I can't figure out what tags to use =/

I want to change the color of that bar at the very top of the page.
