What you may want to do is switch the whole blog to moderated comments for a couple of days. If you disallow comments on just that one post, trolls may put their comments about it in other blog posts.

I am about to put up a post that may get some people posting stronger views than they normally would. Is there a way to moderate an individual posts comments, while leaving all other posts open to unmoderated commenting.
