Those external themes are only for WordPress.ORG blogs. Getting a custom domain or downloading software to your PC doesn't mean your website is WP.org. For that, you would have to buy hosting from somewhere.

I have not purchased this web page through WordPress, however, I have manually downloaded WordPress to my site. I am looking though the themes and Modern News is not appearing. Why does Modern News appear on WordPress, but not on my list of themes when I am accessing it via my web page? Help! Thanks!
