I currently have an active blog under shannonhadley.wordpress.com and I've imported all of my blogs and would like to move my subscribers to maeeastblog.wordpress.com. They are both self-hosted and wordpress sites. They are also both titled Mae East, so the subscribers probably won't know the difference. I plan on doing the site redirect for vistors, but is there anyway to have wordpress transfer my subscribers? I've made a note of the change, but I'm still getting new subscribers still under the shannonhadley blog...people don't seem to be getting it.

Please let me know if this is possible. Thank you so much for your help.
