So at this point I've figured out that I'll have to convert the mySQL database to XML which can be done via a yet to be selected converter (but there seem to be many available)

Sigh... any suggestions or better yet anyone willing and able to help me rebuild my site for cash. Let me know.

What kind of a file am I supposed to be uploading? and what should be in there?

At this point all I'm really working with is the SQL database.
