Sorry about that and thank you for answering! Yes, its a FREE blog is hosted on wordpress.COM-- the address is pokclasses.wordpress.com and we'd like to change "pokclasses" to something else....but as I think through it, I'm beginning to think that changing the address through wordpress.com's change blog address tool (http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/) won't affect my authors....but am I correct that my subscribers will be as well as search hits?

Is this question in reference to a free blog being free hosted by wordpress.com? I'm asking for 2 reasons. (1) The free hosted wordpress.COM blog linked to your username is empty. (2) Many blogges fail to read the sticky post at the head of the forum and are actually posting to the wrong support forum. Some days 30% of those who post here at wordpress.COM have wordpress.ORG installls and ought to be posting to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ instead as we cannot help them here. http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-read-me-first-before-posting?replies=1

We would like change the current address to a new one and I know that I can move it...but before I do that, I wanted to check a few things. What happens to the shared authors? This is a class blog and I'm not sure I want to re-invite everyone....
Thanks,
