There are some third party stats packages you can use here that you can start at some arbitrary point. I believe they're listed at http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com and that's independent of any upgrades.

I believe you can do a javascript redirect on the Blogger side which will redirect your subscribers to your new address.

I just moved from blogger to WordPress.com but I don't know how to move my statistics. The problem is that according to some guides I must upload a coda to the theme directory which is not possible for the WordPress.com. If I do an upgrade to customize my design do you think that it will be possible??
