I've recently migrated my wordpress.com site to a self-hosted site using the domain http://www.onemanandhisbag.com

I have just got done reading a topic whereby the staff where able to migrate a users subscribers to the new site.

Is it possible you could perform the same service for me please? I'd very much appreciate it!
