			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have a requirement for people to enter a number of options on a form. At present the radio and drop down options only allow one choice.</p>
<p>The checkbox option also means one choice (yes or no), but I have events running in several locations and people may choose three or four.</p>
<p>Any ideas? A multiple choice option would be nice.
