I have read through other questions posted up which ask about adding a music player to your wordpress page, not into a blog post - just there, static, all the time and prominent on the page.

As musicians strive to find the best way to feature their music, as well as adding other content, I feel that it's in WordPress's best interests to allow this feature. Some other blogging platforms allow music players, but don't offer the same ease of use for writing copy, etc. So - the issue is still in limbo.

Just wondering if anyone has anything else to bring to the table. Also I'm not able to contact support directly until I've asked the forums a question they've already discussed.
