Give it some time to settle down. That said, your name servers do point to the right location and thefemmeapr.com works fine from my end of the Internet, that is, it brings up the wordpress.com version. Have you activated domain-mapping in your wordpress.com dashboard?

I have been usind wordpress.com for about 5 months now and this is the first problem i've had with it. I bought my domain name on wordpress,com and was able to reach my blog from the url http://www.thefemmeapr.com. 2 days ago I decided to install wordpress.or on to a c panel and upload it through filezilla and although it worked, there were issues with it and I decided to stick with my old blog. The problem with my url didnt start until after I had transferred the domain name to a free host to use it with wordpress.orf. I deleted all the uploads and took the domain down from the free host. I also changed the domain settings back to where they were on wordpress.com..... Now my page only loads when I access it through http://www.thefemmeapr.wordpress.com. Any ideas why?! PLEASE HELP!
