You can re-register it by adding it via Store -> Domains in your blog's Dashboard.

You can renew your domain subscriptions by clicking the "Renew" button in My Upgrades. If your domain registration has expired and you can't see the "Renew" button in My Upgrades, you should contact support immediately." (Then this is the only way I could figure out to contact support.)

Domain Not Registered
It looks like the domain recentrelevant.com has not been registered. You can register and associate it with your blog from your domain management screen. http://recentrelevant.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
