<p>There's a number of threads already on this subject within the last few days.  If you're using the custom CSS upgrade, you have to load your image via CSS instead of the uploader.

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi,</p>
<p>After re-sizing the image that I'd like to use as my header to the appropriate 760 x 200 pixels, nothing shows up after I click "upload".  The page tells me that I have a new header but I don't see the image.  I can hide and show text, but instead of an image, the space is blank.</p>
<p>What's up?
