I agree with the comment above - if possible I'd live the watermark out all together (even professional photogs leave it out) cuz it totally distracts the main focus - the food!

Take a look at this blog: http://www.roostblog.com/ this blog uses its own pics and they are copyrighted and all, but no watermarks, and they are HUGE which is a cool thing to have (love for food come through the eyes!)

I would also suggest to play around with neutral backgrounds, I find those are the best to showcase food and pretty pictures. I've heard of http://fotoflexer.com/ which is a free site that lets you edit your pics.

I think you're off to a good start! My main suggestion is to really get your pictures of the food as pristine as possible. Also, I don't think it's really necessary to have a watermark as big as yours across the photo. Maybe you could have a smaller one on the corner or something, but as it is it distracts from the photo. Good luck!
