			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you look source code of that page you'll see that this content is included from gravatar.com so they are translatable on Gravatar project.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, even if you translate those strings and strings are deployed (which in Gravatar's case is a long process), translated strings will be visible only for those users whose prefered language in browser is same as locale of gravatar.com.
