Maybe a need an oculist...or a psychiatrist! Finally, after hours of struggle, I realized I could scroll all the way down, RH side,m on my new Toshiba All-in-one 23" screen and find the usual box determining size. Sorry, but maybe someone else will stumble on the same issue in the new layout.

Didn't have this problem in the old system. Can I revert to that system? I resize in EDIT IMAGE, save and update and even see the new dimensions. But when I place it in the page is is a thumbnail. The TEXT indicates thumbnail as well.
