Also, would you please try temporarily disabling all add-ons to see if that makes any difference?

There is a screen shot of what I was referring to. I also noticed that I see this font when I open my page in mozilla firefox, but when I open my page in safari I see the correct Oswald font.

I've had the chunk theme the whole time and never changed it, but the font changed from oswald to some other blocky awful looking sans serif font.

That font, Oswald, is actually the default font for the Chunk theme.

If you'd like to use a different font, you might check out the Custom Design upgrade:

I'm using the Chunk theme and did not change any settings yet my site title on my page now appears as a different font. I'm using the same computer as I was viewing it on prior to the change as well.
