My blog has been like this for a couple of years at least and then today for no apparent reason the background is showing through the text. The text normally appears in a large white background block, the custom background is only normally viable round the sides and the edges.

Does anyone have any ideas, I tried reloading the theme, header and background but this hasn't helped.
