There appears to be a problem with the video file that you uploaded. It might be corrupt or missing necessary data.

Could you please try opening your local copy of the video in a player, such as QuickTime, and re-saving or exporting the file?

You can then try uploading the newly saved video to your Media Library.

Please let us know if the issue reoccurs.

I purchased your videopress upgrade yesterday and I am trying to upload a 185 MB video. It uploads, the it crunches, next it says 'this video is being processed.It will be ready in approximately 20 minutes." Then it goes back to saying "this video is being processed" and still 2 hours later it says the same.
Am I doing something wrong here or is this a technical issue within VideoPress ?
