To be honest it was slow right from the beginning, but I wasn't paying too much attention to it and was blaming on my hosting provider. Lately I have updated my subscription and the speed is still way too slow, too slow.

I do not have extra plugins or too much content or pictures, reason I don't know where to start looking for a bug to speed up things.

The only thing I could think of would be my theme, AutoFocus+ Pro 1.5.3 - which extracts my image galleries remotely from my flickr account.
