I am thinking that I just found the answers, here:

http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/12/19/custom-menus/

It would be easier to understand if WordPress did not list the tabs across the top menu as being "Pages" since, apparently, that is a custom menu.

I'll work through that page and see if I can figure it all out.

I meant to link to this page, instead of my other website...though I have Mystique on both websites.

Could you please look at this link, instead?

I have, what I am sure, is a silly question.

I am using Mystique and cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to make posts that register under each page title in a dated format. Right now when I create a post - it goes straight onto my home page...not under one of the pages I have set up in order to group my posts by theme.

This website also has Mystique enabled. They are able to post how i want my posts to show up. Grouped together. http://enoughtimemoms.com/

If you go to that website you will see their "Delegation" posts fall under the page listed as "Delegation" . . .
How do I post the same way?

Like I said - when I post everything goes under the home page. Right now I am thinking that if I want to post to a page it looks like I can only have one entry...and it will not be dated. How do I post so that I can have my posts looking like the (other) website that I have linked to, please?

I have posted an entry under the "Food" page. It *should* be dated...but it isn't. And the only way that I can add additional content to this page is to edit the entry when I want separate, dated entries on each page.

What am I doing wrong?
:/

Thank you for your time.
