[Update] I just tried it and you may need to change the text colour to prompt it into action properly.[/Update]

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am using the theme "NEAT!" for my blog.  This theme has a customizable header so I uploaded my own image for the header.  That worked fine and it looks great, but now the title of my blog has disappeared and I can't figure out how to get it back.  It's still in my information, it's just not appearing in the header.
