James and Stephanie,

Got it! I've transferred your subscribers. The problem was that WordPress automatically strips out the "www" part of the address, but your evergreenevaluation.com blog was using that "www" - I was able to backwards track it down using the information provided and transfer those subscribers (finally!)

Just let me know if you need anything else!

Zandyring,

Both evergreenevaluation.com and stephanieevergreen.com are associated with evereval.wordpress.com through jetpack plugins. (Before, evergreenevaluation was using a different URL.wordpress.com - originally it was evereval.wordpress.com, and I reestablished that link.) Are you seeing evergreenevaluation.com now?

James

Hi James,

Yes, that could be the culprit.

So, let's start over! You have a site set up, stephanieevergreen.com, which I CAN find the Jetpack info for. There's a second site, from which you'd like to transfer subscribers, evergreenevaluation.com, which isn't showing up on our system at all. So if there is an underlying URL associated with that account, it will be very helpful!

Cheers!

Zandyring,

My name is James. I set up Stephanie's websites.

Would it help for me to give you the url of the wordpress.com account that is currently associated with evergreenevaluation.com?

Also note, I read elsewhere that if I moved the wordpress.com account from the URL/Jetpack where it had collected subscribers to the URL/Jetpack where I wanted the subscribers that the subscribers would follow the wordpress.com account. That advice was evidently bad - I made the switch, but the subscribers stayed with evergreenevaluation.com. Would that change have made it so that you can't find evergreenevaluation.com anymore?

I'm still not seeing any Jetpack connection for evergreenevaluation.com. Does it have any other URL or is it being forwarded or anything like that?

I deactivated and reactived Jetpack on both sites, made sure it was connected to WordPress.com, etc. On both sites, Jetpack is saying "You're fueled up and ready to go."

Again, it's these (both .com, not sure if that matters)

evergreenevaluation.com
stephanieevergreen.com
